Hello Byers High and Middle School! Pizzeria Locale has generously offered to host a free “Dough from Scratch” class on 3/25 from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm on Microsoft Teams!
During the class, we will make Pizzeria Locale’s 4-ingredient dough together. However, that dough will not be ready to use until the next day, as the dough takes about 24 hours to ferment. Making the dough is the hard part and we will completely review and do that together during the call. Then Chef Jordan will demonstrate how to properly stretch a Neapolitan pizza and bake the pizza. We normally ask everyone to stay on mute during the class but submit questions in the chat.
Everyone is responsible for their own ingredients, so make sure to review the recipe card provided by Pizzeria Locale! The recipe card also includes the procedure for what we will be doing together during the class.
